Real community
Community Over Follower Count
A woman’s value to the Allora community is not determined only by her social media audience.
Cheer on the sidelines, ride with friends, race, and create. Help women feel more included in the cycling world.
Program philosophy
Allora is building a nationwide community of women who make cycling more welcoming—on course, at the sidelines, at local rides, and online.
Real community
A woman’s value to the Allora community is not determined only by her social media audience.
Show up your way
Ambassadors can contribute in ways that fit naturally into their existing lives and cycling experiences.
Your voice
Allora ambassadors should speak honestly and share experiences in their own voices.
Impact counts
Showing up at a race, welcoming a beginner, testing a product, or leading a ride can be as valuable as posting online.
Flexible participation
Race, cheer, host a ride, share a story, welcome another woman into cycling — contribute in ways that fit your life. As Allora grows, so will the opportunities to participate.
Two ways to be part of Allora
You don’t need a title to belong here. Most women begin in Early Access. When you’re ready to represent Allora in your community, you can apply to become an Ambassador.
Start here
Join the Early Access group below — first in line as Allora builds joyful kits for real women.
When you’re ready
For women who want to represent Allora — racing, cheering, leading rides, creating, or connecting locally. No follower minimum. No one-size-fits-all role.
How it works
Start in Early Access, or apply to become an Ambassador when you’re ready to represent Allora.
Tell Allora what you want to do — race, cheer, lead rides, create, volunteer, connect locally, or a mix that fits your life.
Learn about Allora, receive your resources, and set up your profile and referral link.
Choose events, campaigns, rides, product tests, and community opportunities that fit your schedule.
Receive recognition, resources, and opportunities based on your participation and impact — rewards live inside your ambassador dashboard.
Missions
A mission is a real-world opportunity to represent Allora in a way that already fits your life — at a race you’re attending, a ride you’re hosting, a booth you’re helping with, or a story you want to share. It’s not a rigid assignment. You choose how you participate: racing, spectating, volunteering, creating content, mentoring beginners, or connecting women in your community.
Each mission can include simple goals (check in, welcome riders, capture a few photos, submit a short recap) and may come with resources to help you feel prepared. Different roles can mean different support — a spectator might get stickers and talking points; a ride leader might get a hosting guide.
The cards below are examples only — you can’t apply to them here. Real missions open inside Allora Ambassador after you’re an Ambassador.
FAQ
No. Allora values real community involvement, authentic participation, and meaningful support more than follower count.
No. Spectators, volunteers, ride leaders, creators, mentors, and community supporters are all valuable ambassadors.
The program encourages meaningful participation rather than requiring constant posting. Certain missions may have specific content requirements.
Yes. Ambassadors may participate in multiple paths and change their involvement over time.
Only if your team, school, club, and sponsor requirements allow it. Existing commitments always come first.
Not automatically. Gear and resources may depend on participation, event needs, product availability, and mission requirements.
Yes. This is a central part of the program. Ambassadors should be able to find or submit events they are already planning to attend.
Yes. Approved ambassadors may submit local rides or meetups for review and request resources.
We’re building a nationwide community on purpose. Sometimes that means pacing approvals so every region has room to grow — including places that are just getting started — rather than concentrating everyone in one area. A wait or later cohort is about balance, not about your worth.
Yes. Ambassadors can propose missions for events they’re already attending. Allora reviews for fit and resources, then opens approved missions in the dashboard.
Not always. Missions are matched to how you participate — your paths, experience, and the trust you’ve built inside the program. Some opportunities open as you show up more consistently.
Early Access is the welcoming on-ramp — launch news, kit previews, and fit testing. Ambassador is for women ready to represent Allora in the wild: events, rides, racing, content, and community. You can start with Early Access and apply when it feels right.
No. Applying does not create an account, and neither does Early Access. If you’re accepted as an ambassador, you’ll get an email to set a password — that’s when you can log in to the workspace.
Ride Like a Girl Club
Be first in line for launch updates, kit previews, and fit-testing invites. No spam — just Allora news.
Application
Applications are reviewed for alignment, participation, authenticity, and community fit — and for building a balanced, nationwide ambassador community. Follower count alone is never the deciding factor. Submitting this form does not create a login. If you’re accepted, you’ll get an email to set a password and join the workspace.

Tell us where you’re headed. If stickers, bottles, or a shirt would help, you can ask for them here — we’ll review the event and the materials separately. We only ship inside the U.S., and materials depend on inventory, dates, and whether the event is a good fit. Nothing is guaranteed, but we’re always glad you asked.
Your event request is already in. Choose materials below — HQ can still approve or decline them separately.

Earn by showing up. Spend on merch. Your Spark → Summit milestone is lifetime points — redeeming never knocks you down a level.
A note on rewards: Ambassadors outside the United States can still redeem. We cover shipping inside the U.S.; if we send a reward outside the U.S., you’ll cover shipping.
Everyone starts at Spark. Lifetime points earned unlock the next milestone. Redeeming merch does not drop your standing.

Materials now go with the event. Use Event requests to ask for a race or ride and add materials on the same form.
Ready-made topics so you don’t start from a blank screen. Generate a new brief whenever you want — we skip anything already on your list.
When you’re ready to turn an idea into a post, this opens the Content Upload! mission so you can read the brief and claim it. We love any content you submit, but nothing is guaranteed to be posted on Allora channels. Points land in your balance when you submit.

Annual cornerstone events where Allora should be represented every year. Mark an event as annual in Mission Builder or when creating it here — only annual events appear in this tab.
Ambassador birthdays show month and day only (no year). Approved event requests are added automatically with the submitter as host. Add important dates or pick an ambassador host when they are running an event.
Missions as tiles by status. Create opens a blank form — add only the fields you need, Google Forms style.
Review ambassador event and mission requests in the tab.
Each published mission is a bucket. Open one to see every submission as its own tile — answers, links, photos, and videos together. A new submission is always a new tile. Mark a submission used and it moves to that mission’s Used folder.
Approve or decline events and materials separately. Notes you add here are visible to the ambassador so they can see why something was approved or declined.
These are the same files ambassadors see in Resource Library. New items publish immediately unless you save them as a draft.
Named levels and lifetime-point thresholds. Internal only: 50 pts = $1 — never show this rate to ambassadors. The first milestone always starts at 0. Redeeming merch does not demote anyone.
Edit catalog items, photos, points, and which milestone unlocks them. Add ambassador choices like size or color when you save a reward. Price merch at about retail × 50 × 1.25 so it is earned. Put items on sale for promotions like Black Friday.
